That picture of that black ZX10 is awesome. No pumpkins for me. The blue is too Yamaha R1. But, when people see me in warp drive I don't want them to have a hard time figuring out what bike it is. Mine will be slime green. But I am not fond of the black wheels. I am thinking gold or blue. Any opinions?

Yea Z, At my last track days at Texas World Speedway, 2 - gixxer thous turned their riders into pole vaulters. Both accidents wound up way inside the proper line. But they screw up your session. They red flag the session until the parts and pilot are picked up. By then it is time for the next group.

1973 Kawasaki Z1. drool, slober, pant. I sold one of the first ones ever delivered to a customer. After it was broken in, he loaned it to me to go harass all of the big bore kitted CB750's. It was a massacre.... :lol: Standing start, roll on, top end. No problemo. Now, a older 600 will kick it's butt. Who cares. Your bike is fantastic.

I couldn't resist this list of old farts looking at ZX-10's. I'm 58, and have 25k miles on my 2000 ZX-9R. Saw the ZX-10 today in Denver. I gotta have a black one. 8)

mine's a black one...........with a turbo! they've just released the launch report in the uk (motorcycle news) seems some riders were complaining of clutch slip on the back straight, 'til they realised it was spinning the wheel at 140mph in 4th gear!!! needs more power.

BD Yeah, I forgot to mention that travelling show with all the manufacturers with their new models was in Denver this weekend. Saw the new R1, Gixxer 1000 and Honda 1000 also. My wife wants us to get matching new Silver R1's, but I love that black ZX-10R. Can't wait for the performance tests in the mags.

I like the green or blk... the black looks sweet cause its entirely black...I dont know why they just didnt paint the bottom plastic to match up?

Cant decide, orange or green. Saw orange one at bike show, looks better in the flesh than pictures, down here in oz will get the integrated indicators so wont stand out as much on orange.

I just love Kawis - have a KLX400, too - I know, it's only a green Suzuki, but it is green, & it does say "Kawasaki" on the tank. As for color, you know what they say about coffee, trucks, motorcycles - once you go black, you'll never go back!!!

Hey yall. Well, actually, i'm in Iraq. I just bought a zx10 in candy thunder blue. Couldn't do the orange, and blacks bad luck. Bikers have a hard enough time with traffic in a military town w/o blending into the night. hopefully, it'll be there waiting when i get back. Had the wifey put money down and promise not to try and ride it. For now though, all i have is you guys. So you better document all your experiences, so I have something to think about over here in the desert. :wink:

Well, I currently have a blue 03 6r, and the wife has the black 03 6r, the only way I could convince her to let me get the new bike was to promise to get matching, so I am getting the black. Otherwise, I'd have the green! I am currently deployed right now on USS Enterprise, but going to be home soon!! Should be right about the time the bikes are available, so I guess that seems to be the ONLY good thing about being out to sea, as I can't see any other reason! Oh, except for stopping in Italy! When i ride w/ all my friends, who have honda's gsxr's and yamaha's, i'm always the one to get noticed first. It in a way I think pisses them off. Granted i dress up in full leathers too, even on hot days ever since i fell going 60mph. I think it's just the green, the way it looks... lol :D I'm so siked for this bike to come out!!
