McCoy 11th quickest in Sepang Malayasia, improved his time by a more than 1 second on yesterdays first qualifying session, later today McCoy has his chance to put the Kawasaki ZX-RR on it's best ever qualifying position in QP2, see all the action on motogp.com.

McCoy 16th and Pitt 20th on the grid both improved times from yesterday. Pitt's bike was 11th fastest through the traps. Many Hondas, Yamahas and Suzukis behind him. The new power up version first used last week in Motegi is starting to show a good turn of speed. If the tires and chassis worked better the speed would also increase. Lets hope they can get better tires and sort the chassis out, as I am sure it is fast enough to get better results. 8)
