The paint on those fairings DO look like factory but what I noticed when I first saw the auction....the front fender appears to be completely painted. The sides dont look black? Also the description says theyre powdercoated :dontknow: Also, it says the bike had 1200 miles on it. But there are no stickers? Maybe completely resprayed? Plastic cant be powdercoated right? Apparently the seller didnt know what he had or what it was worth. right place at the right time. Still not as good as the guy on here who picked up 3 bikes for 4500 though. THAT was a steal. :+1:

No, plastic cant be powdercoated, unless it can handle 400 degrees. The fender though does not seem to have the skirts on it so I don't know what the seller is talking about. Awesome deal though, even if they are repainted.

The reason they sold so cheap is because the seller messed up the title making it harder to find. He put a space between zx and 10. So if you typed in zx10 or zx10r, it wouldn't appear in the search results. And yeah....he didn't know what he had.Nice score!
