Okay, I got my wheels switch from my 2006 to 2008. Now the stock 2008 wheels of course has the bigger rotors, but I have heard that spacers will solve the problem. Hopefully, someone can help with size or tell what I need? Thanks Homies you guys are the best!!!!!!!!!! I will post pics later today!!!!

2008 Rotors on 2006 wheels work without need for any spacers when mounted on a 2008 model. I have a 2008. I have 2006 wheels on my 2008. I have ZX-14 Rotors on my 2006 wheels mounted on my 2008 and perfect fit with NO spacers. ZX-14 rotors are identical to the 2008 rotors. . What is the fitment problem you are having? JJ

Are you trying to use the 2008 rotors on the 2006? If so you need 5mm caliper spacers. Try Yoyodyne. Hard Racing has spacers but I believe they only sell them when you buy Calipers though. JJ

I used the spacers off of my 2008 for the 2006. Just to clarify what I am talking about..I have taken the wheels off of the 2008 to put them on the 06(rims, rotors, tires..everything). The wheels that were on my 06 are Mag PVM's 20 spokes. So, I basically swapped the whole wheel from bike to bike. But, now I have found out that the rotors are bigger on the 08, so I have used the spacers that come off of the 08 to fill the gap between the 06 brake calibers and the 08 rotors. Please give me some feed back if you have any. Thanks!

from the specs the 08 has 310mm rotors and the 04-07 had 300mm so a 10mm spacer should work

I still don't understand any of this. I put my 06-07 Marchesinis on my 08 using 08 rotors. I put my 08 wheels on my 06 using the 06 rotors. NO rotor or caliper spacers of any kind are needed, period. Trust me it works and I have measured it all, it is a perfect fit and no spacers needed. Plenty of pix posted on this forum of the swap I made. NOW, if you try to use 08 rotors on the 06, then yes 5MM spacers would be needed. Half the length of the increase in size from 300-310. Are you doing that? Makes no sense to me if you are. So I am still confused. JJ
