love the pipes. They back fire a lot. The difference in power and quickness is noticable. Getting a custom map and dyno tuned next week. Hoping to make close to 190 hp

Nice bike. Nice (full) garage too.
I'd redo the pipes and use the copper compound to seal the joints.
And there is no way you are going to see 190 hp unless it is a very, very happy dyno, or you give it a 30 shot of NOS, or a turbo... Or maybe a 1051/1077 cc kit... Or...
Very nice exhaust too. It came down to Arata or Akropovich for me...

Thanks fellas
ya i was at a buddys. We all had our bikes in his garage overnight
im hoping for close to 160 whp(with a pc 3, full system Arata and a filter) it should be reasonable
the 190 was not wheel

today 2 of the header bolts fell out
i guess i will re tighten the bolts with loctite tomorrow. How tight can i go? i was told not to go too tight.
i will also seal up the exhaust leaks with the copper rvt comp

You might need to replace the 4 exhaust gaskets. Then tighten them down to where you feel comfortable. I would recomend using anti seize compound on the joints as well. Anti Seize is applied on the joints to prevent sticking of the exhaust. You should be golden now. BTW nice bike and you should be able to pull 165 with a good tune btw.

Well, then you should have said 160 and not 190. :heyyou: Or maybe I am the only one that thought rear wheel hp....

I'd suspect that there is a torque setting for the header bolts. You could try the manual for it. I think it is available on this site somewhere.

Wow that is a big exhaust but I like it. Nice windshield. I often wonder what my bike would have looked like in that solar yellow.

190 hp to the crank right, maybe 165 to the rear wheel >make sure you make this clear or you will get all kinds of shit
