If you go to a drag strip and you see times on the board.... then ask "What kinda times you running?" If you go to a drag strip with out times on the board and ask be prepared to be looked at like a jackass. If you overhear someones HP#'s feel privileged and enjoy.. Telling everyone at the track may make you famous! you may be on every milk carton for miles! If you decide to walk in the middle of the staging lanes and have a horn blow at you, then maybe you should get the hell out of the lane.. If you have a tool your competition needs then loan it...or wear pink shirts to the race you ninny. If you have tools bring them, borrow 1 tool cool ,2 cool...3 find your ass a sears! Same tool 3 or 4 time understandable....but return it with food! If your girlfriends hot and you brought her to a male dominated sport you accepted the consequences when you arrived! Helping in the staging lanes is awesome! hanging out so you look cool is not! 3 guys running around a bike at top speed with tools in hand is NOT a good time to ask questions!!!! I'm sure RR and others will chime in and add on.... OH!!!! i got another!! If you point at a part on a bike and want to ask about it cool but be quiet. Were not in the buis of announcing tech support at grudge races!

The only "Etiquette" I learned on my local track is who gets the White Slip....you see on my track they have a double printed Time Slips, the Top Copy is WHITE and easy to read and last forever..... the Looser gets the Hard TO READ YELLOW COPY TIME SLIP that fades in sunlight before you get home. I have to from time to time remind the Rooks trying to grab my WHITE SLIP that it's not your right to have the WHITE SLIP :headshake:.
