I just bought a +2 rear from the dealer and its a sunstar I believe. Same brand that was on there. But this one looks kinna heavier as the spokes are thicker and fewer.
Im just wondering if there are better or worse sprockets and how much difference the quality or weight makes?

Sunstar = kawasaki/KHI
if your wanting durability and mileage then stay with it but if your not too concerned with it then the hardened aluminum sprockets from AFAM & Rentahl are both excellent choices.

It's called sprung and unsprung weight.The lighter you make components at the end of your suspension the better your suspension will react.
