surprised we dont have more of that here. we have some local stunt groups that have dvd release parties and there will be 300-400 bikes driving down a 4 lane highway blocking it so that the front guys can do their wheelies. someone doing wheelies down our major highway freaked out a woman driving an suv and she ran off the road throwing 4 of her 7 passengers out the windows. one group was blamed but any time anyone does a wheelie down the highway they think it is the most popular streetfighters guys. more and more of these groups are showing up and eventually cagers will go and take matters into their own hands.

That is some real trash there. They would have a rude awakening if they pulled that BS with me. My 3500 dually is great for taking the trash out.

There is a large group of these ruff ryders in austin as well. Couple of them died a few days ago swerving in and out of traffic, not my crowd and for sure not my style.

Yeah, hate to say it but I live in Southern Cal but HATE squids that ride like that. I give a thumbs up to all sportbike riders, but probably pass if I see squids pulling that around me. Even worse, there are a couple squids that moved the next street down and they pull stoppies and wheelies. dont worry there is always a petition to shut them up! I roll by them and dont even acknowledge them. Dont get me wrong I have some guys I ride with popping wheelies, but thats way in the back roads with nobody around. We all get not to bring attention to us by the po po!

So with all this being said, which "videos" were you talking about? Cause the only thing I heard (in the videos I posted) was the wind of the freeway, exhaust pipes, squealing of tires and people waving their hands like they were at a hip-hop show in the front row.

I have seen a couple riders at a time doing stupid shit like riding stand ups on he interstate in traffic here but nothig to that level. I generally slow way down so people don't think i'm with those fucktards. It usually isn't too hard to figure out as i'm in gear and they are in shorts and tshirts. I have no problem with stunting but there is a time and place for everything and a busy freeway isn't it. :headshake

Can only say they don't represent the majority of us. Bike riders don't generally get harrased here in Aus, they are more welcomed than anything else. A typical example of this is on the way back from Phillip Island, the residents line the sides of the streets to watch, and wave them on

He can't get away (top speed is 87 MPH in that Hyundai, right?) so he has to fight, and has no other choice but to use his grocery-getter as a defensive weapon... I wouldn't convict him. I try to be somewhat open minded about things that other people choose to do. Okay, so I'm not into stunting - getting the front wheel off the ground more than a foot scares the living crap out of me. In central CT, there are plenty of local "urban riders" - baggy jeans, chromed out and lowered bikes with more money spent on bling than performance parts or protective gear. I find myself being hypocritical sometimes. I snub my nose at the straight-line urban stunters for giving the public a bad image of us, then I'll go tear up some two lane twisty road at double the speed limit. So, I'm no saint, either. I don't like to see a rider die - no matter what he/she rides or how. However, you start shooting at me, and suddenly I don't give a crap that we both share a love of two wheels. Try to plug my ass full of lead? I'm going to do everything in my power to come out on the non-feces end of the stick. If that means that some unfortunate souls do a poor impression of a wheel chock, then so be it. Shoot at me and all bets are off. :fu2:
