Has anyone elso noticed the crappy quality of the paint on the upper triple clamp? I barely touched it with a wrench when installing my Scotts damper and a fair size piece flaked off.

It looks to be the same paint.

Silver GSXR1000s had a similar problem last year which was covered under warranty. Maybe they'll redo it when they fix the oil light debacle!!! (or maybe not!)
