WHOOP WHOOP !!!!
It's a weekend full of fun on ur favorite motorcycle. May 26-27 which is Memorial Day. I picked this weekend because it's a holiday and I think more riders will be able to get away than say a non holiday weekend and they would usually have to work. The price is AMAZING! I was only taking a whole weekend if I could give everyone a DEAL...and WE GOT IT!!! (barely) I don't mean $10 or $20 off I wanted to do the deal $100 for one day $150 for two! I know that most would ride both days and I thought I'd be extra nice and give you 1/2 off if you stay to play the second day. I have NO idea where you will find a track like RRR freshly paved with sunny skies and be able to ride both days for $150. Most tracks/trackday companies charge that for one day. But since I'm neither I don't have too!!! Lunch will be served as usually and there will be 3 groups. This track day is OPEN TO EVERYONE!!! You don't need a race license because I'm buying the extra insurance to cover those without race licenses...(you can thank me later) I am having a cut off at 60 riders! There will only be 20 riders/group with 2 control riders/group for help if you need/want it.
This is my 5th track day I'll be putting on and I will say that every one of those 5 have sold out a week or two before the actually date. We have fun and we hang out and we practice to learn our bikes better. We DON'T stuff riders and we DON'T ride thinking we are Rossi! Those are my only two rules!
I don't have pay-pal but I heard it's easy to set up..So I'll be looking into that until then you can save your spot buy sending a check. If for some reason you prepay and can't make it u will be refunded the whole amount up till May 11th. The reason for this is in the past I didn't set a date and had a sold out day, turned people away, and then a day or two before the event cancel. That's not enough time for me to fill that spot.
I'm kinda nervous about getting 60 paid riders because my track days in the past I've cut it off at 30 riders...but being a weekend it costs more to rent so i had to double to riders just to pay for the rental and keep your cost at a low! So please tell your friends about this and pass the word around! Those that have been before can tell ya it's hella fuN!!!
treyzx10r 04-16-2007, 07:31 PM I might be able to swing it if I get some decent side jobs between now and then I just had to shell out 2K to fix the A.C. on the house:sad:
10 speed 04-16-2007, 07:35 PM come on man it's a good bit away....well shit got to pay up kinda soon.....go give blood! you wanted to ride it, here's the shot! oh thats $150 for both days!

10 speed 04-17-2007, 09:04 PM I would like to see this as a sticky.... I want to explain why. this is a rider that rented the whole damn track. she spent her money. we need more riders like her and i belive we should do what it takes to sapport those types of riders.

Cling 04-18-2007, 12:40 AM WoW, great price.. count me in! hah, this will be my 3rd Roebling road weekend in 2 months. By far one of the funnest most smooth and flowing tracks ive ever ridden, VERY fast and an AWESOME freaking track to improve your corner speeds because the turns are so long, I think I can get 1 or 2 extra people to come if thats ok.
luckz88 04-18-2007, 06:29 AM man after looking at the calender thats the weekend that i paid for a trackday at vir north

*SaraH* 04-19-2007, 09:07 PM Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay..I just posted about this weekend on Tuesday and today there was 15 spots left...the owners told me to invite more so i added 3 spots to each group making it 23 riders/group! Even after that the day has very few spots left.
The FASTEST way to have you on the list is to Pay Pal. My email addy is NotoriousSarah@Gmail.com for paypal payments. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS ROUTE IT IS $155 FOR THE WEEKEND $105 FOR ONE DAY Pay Pal charges a fee to me.
The SLOW way and the way to miss out on this fun is snail mail..

Im sure once the day starts they will move people up/down depending on how well they are doing so you'll get an inter spot eventually if you sign up for advanced or begin now. ;)
By the way, *Payment sent*
*SaraH* 04-20-2007, 09:53 AM Cling is right- i can move people around once i get there, but i have to sell out an even number of spots/ group before the event. i can have as many bikes on the track as i think is safe, however i still made the cut off at 23. that means if i have a few that need to be moved the weekend of that is fine.
Novice for Saturday is also sold out. I have 2 spots left in Novice for SUnday . i have 11 spots for expert left for both days.
*SaraH* 04-20-2007, 01:06 PM **Update... Novice and Inter. are SOLD OUT FOR BOTH DAYS! I have 9 expert spots left for both days... Find me some fast guys!!! :)
Cling 04-20-2007, 02:02 PM Hey I was wondering, their are no special circumstances for this track event right, like beginner-expert is still required to have all the proper protective equipment right? Full leathers, DOT helmet, full cuff gloves, over the ankle boots, back protector, taped over lights/blinkers, tires with tread left and what not? Im not asking for me but for some of the beginners that dont know and might show up with no leathers or something...

10 speed 04-20-2007, 06:45 PM yea they are a WELL ran operation. but dicks in doing it. If you went to a motorcycle trackday then you didnt meet them. the motorcycle trackdays are ran by people like kenny sara and tracktime. those are organizations. Roebling staff. ex the people that live there have a poor attitude.
BE ADVISED!!!! going to the trailer in the middle of the track is a good way to get thrown the fudge out!
There are some more rules i dont understand...No pit bikes AT ALL!!! i saw these people flip out on a guy who had a bicycle...
Track staff= GREAT!
track "owners" =avoid at all cost!

You talking about the little trailor where they have the novice classes? Why would they throw you out for that. I saw all kinds of people riding bicycles around when we were there with STT.
Cling 04-21-2007, 02:30 AM No pit bikes: Because Roebling Road is right in the middle of a residential area in the middle of a town, dont you think they are tired of getting yelled out by the town fuzz? They also dont like it if you park your bike in the road, but for safety reasons, the road isnt that wide and they are very safety oriented, they want to be able to haul ass out to the track if somebody goes down and is hurt, I remember when I crashed it Roebling I laid down for maybe 5 seconds after my crash and then jumped up and hopped back on my back(low side turn 1) and within like 1 minute two trucks and the ambulance was truckin toward me. Like I said, no complaints... they can be the biggest dicks on earth as long as its safe :)

10 speed 04-21-2007, 08:02 AM yea he's right. but for everyone going. I promise the further away you are from these 2 the better of a day you will have.
*SaraH* 04-23-2007, 01:16 PM At my track days I try to keep the owners out of the way. I want everyone to come to ME if they is any problems. Don't go to the owners because they don't understand half the time and I do. I know how to talk to them and trust me it's not easy! IN NO WAY WHAT SO EVER DO YOU NEED TO GO TO THE TRAILER! That is their home! Come to ME! They can be a little crazy sometimes, but like I said, Come to me and I will talk to them if needed. THis is MY day not theirs! Pit Bikes is a big no no! I was told golf carts and lawn mowers...lol and believe me, i posted that up for the last track day and someone actually brouht their riding mower with them.. HAHAHHA is was classic!
I want this to be a FUN filled day with NO problems. I do a damn good job of being totally organized and that helps a great deal in the way the day goes! Don't be scared about rules and stuff...Just ride and have fun-
As far as gear goes... YOU MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED GEAR TO RIDE ON THE TRACK JUST LIKE YOU DO EVERYWHERE ELSE YOU GO! leathers/boots/helmet/gloves/tape lights/ take off mirrors...yada yada yada. If you or someone else has any questions or doubts... CALL ME and I'll give you the right answer. I'd hate for someone not to be able to ride cause they didnt think to bring gloves. :( (678.378.3247)
So with that said....
Here is the list of riders for all 3 groups as of right now 4/23
If you don't see your name and know that you pd. let me know.
I have to say THANK YOU to everyone who signed up for this weekend. You guys have made me VERY happy!!!

10 speed 05-14-2007, 04:58 PM AH or more important can we camp at the track?
Cling 05-14-2007, 07:48 PM AH or more important can we camp at the track?
Camping is 5$ a night for Roebling Road, so if you camp both nights thats 10$ at the gate, and Im pretty sure another 10$ for the two day entry. Unless they changed the prices within the last 2 weeks ;)
They have alot of power outlets spread through the pad, also pit spots are in grass/dirt so bring a rug because they dont like it if you park the bike on the road even though everybody just does it anyways.
*SaraH* 05-16-2007, 02:17 PM trey there is a brand new Holiday Inn Express - Comfort Inn - Econo Lodge - about 10 miles or less from the track. They are in Pooler,Ga. I believe that is the town name there. The track is in Bloomingdale,Ga.
U can camp Randy- I'm not sure if they charge or not for track days..or my track days. I've never camped at one of my weekends, however I haven't heard from any of the riders that they had to pay either. I lost my phone playing in the mud in my 4x4 friday, so i'll email kaye and ask her. I don't want to give out any wrong info. Clingy may be right...I"m not for sure! I'm not sure about the entry fee either...??? we have never paid for either! This is weird...I'll check and let ya'll know-

Might help if we knew when "last time" was? ;) Since I was their three weeks ago and it was 5$ per night we can find out if they changed it for better or worst lately.

*SaraH* 05-18-2007, 10:41 AM I know Randy but don't tell too many people...you'll ruin my rep! :)
so i just spoke with Kaye - They will not be charging a gate fee however they are going to charge $5/person to camp. Kids under 12 are free - (if you're bringing your kids and they can pass for under 12 make them be under 12) ;) Usually for my track days she doesn't charge for either, however this being a holiday she's expecting 'families' so she said she'll have to charge to offset for the showers/bathroom/electric...etc...
