I know that there are quite a few of us on here that do track days at VIR. Who is doing VIR North on March 9th? If I have my bike sold and my other bike by than I plan on going. Anyone else?

I have thought about it but I was wondering if it was going to be too cold. Riding in the rain is one thing but a cold track is another. I will keep you posted. You are talking about the NESBA day right??

id love to.. ive done the full course about 2 years ago.. honestly its probably my favorite.

I am talking about Team Promotion. That is the only people I have ever run trackdays with. I like riding with them and will continue to do so. I have heard too many bad stories from several people that have done trackdays with Nesba.

I have ran with NESBA for about 3 years. They do have some problems. It's like they just stick you out there and say go for it! Not much instruction. But if you just want to get out there it's ok. I just would go to a riders school first.

Im thinking about VIR in march with TPM. I need to take ART basic since this will be my first track day:thefinger . Any advices for a newbie from experienced riders?

I might attend depending on the weather... tpm and nesba are there around that week...

Tell team promotion that i recomended you to take the art school. They give me a check for either $50 or a $100. I will go 50/50 with you for what they give back to me.

I've registered for the NESBA event at the VIR March 10th, 11th, 12th. I doubt I'll ride all three days because of my schedule but I want to make at least two of the three. I rode the course last year on a 2005 636 I loved the bike and the track. I bought a new 2006 ZX-10 in November and built it specifically for the track. Traxxion Dynamics has the front forks now putting a kit and springs in, and I ordered the Penske 8981 rear shock. I'm anxious to get the bike on the track. If you go I would like to meet some of the folks that are from this forum. I'll be driving a black QX56 Infiniti SUV hauling a black enclosed trailer, stop by. I'm praying for some good weather I hate the cold and my leathers are vented.

well keep checking in on this thread and i will give you atleast a weeks notice if i will be there or not...if i don't make this one i will be at the next one...i am trying to sell my bike right now and get another one....so we will see how things go...i hvae never road with nesba though but i would try it once...i like to ride with promotion though

WKDBLD, I'm interested in going to Cornerspeed's events at the VIR. I joined NESBA this year for the sole reason to have more options to access this track seeing as it's the closest to my home. How does Cornerspeeds events differ from the NESBA events, if they differ at all?

I will be at the April 9th and 10th event chad. I looked at going to the one in march but it is usually pretty friggin cold at that time of year.
