Please only vote if you have experience with these brands. I've done a lot of research into rearsets this past week and have narrowed it down to either Gilles or Sato, I'm aware of about 20 others, so no need to point them out. I'm curious about which you prefer, Gilles or Sato, and why? I've heard nothing but good things about Sato, but have heard nothing at all bad about Gilles.. and they are $75 cheaper and 10mm more adjustable. Also, what's your take on gold vs metal vs black on a black zx-10? I'm leaning towards gold *IF* it matches the other parts on the bike.

I prefer Sato and have a set for the 10R, in black. Lots of guys like Gilles. Only thing negative I've heard is a friend of mine with a 954 had one of his fracture and break in half. Not a stunter, just a rider. May be an isolated incident or just a problem with the 954. [smilie=d:

Got to go with Gilles. Had them on my old Ninja 6. They were the first thing I brought for the 10. Go for the gold ones they look awesome

what about Attack or Arata? Attack are my first choice... they just look really cool

Only thing I can tell you guys is think about if you go down and how easy parts are to get afterwards. I can honestly tell you that Sato / attack will probably be the easiest to get replacement parts for. There is definatly nothing wrong with gillies / sato/ arata/ attack as they all are the top of the line stuff also think of woodcraft - cfm Either way if you guys want a killer deal on any of the above or others give me a call you won't be dissapointed. I have Sato reatsets. I love them. I think they are more adjustable then Arata. As mentioned, replacement parts are just a phone call away. Here is a link to a pic of mine. It's the last photo in the series. I have no experience with Gilles http://speedzilla.zeroforum.com/zerothread?id=31242
