I can squeeze into a medium but don't think even with changing the liner and cheekpads that a small would fit...think it's a different shell size?

If Arai is like ICON and Shoei...the only difference between a small and med helmet is the thickness of the liner pads, the helmet 'shell' is the same size. I think xsmall is alone...sm/med shells are the same size..lrg/xlrg are same size shell
