What happened?

I went WAY to the outside to pass some level 1 riders without scaring them and hit a area that had just been ground down. Hit the trottle at the worst spot while I was hanging off. You can't tell thru the camera, but the bike bucked violently. In the video it looks like I just fell off. lol

No slipper clutch unfortunately. My first crash broke my clutch lever so I was trying to make due with a stock lever from a friend's R1. It took some time to get used to.

Glad you didnt get hurt, could have been much worse. Looks like you almost were able to save it.

After he we off I decided to hit it a little harder, so this was partially his fault. :lol: @Drdrewdown, technically it was a highside, just a non violent version. :badteeth:

Looks like you got bucked and lost your outside leg. Glad you're ok. How'd the bike hold up?I've lost the outside leg a couple times, scares the crap outta me. Stomp grip helped.

I ended up only needing to replace the clutch lever, front fairing stay and a spool. $200 of damage for two crashes...that's hard to complain about! I do need to put some stomp grip on this thing, that's a good idea. In hindsight, I guess it wasn't so much a highside as it was a sideside. :crackup:
